Biography
Pat McGill averages 125 - 150 speaking events each year.
Honors that Pat has received:

Pat holds a Master's Degree in Education from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. She is also a former middle school teacher and adjunct professor of human relations. Her not-so-formal education consists of owning and operating a restaurant /bar, working as a mattress salesperson, and vying as a contestant in the Miss South Dakota beauty pageant -- in which she won Miss Congeniality. She has owned McGill Speaking and Training Resources since 1996. She's convinced, however, that her talents are rooted in her Midwestern upbringing and Irish heritage.
As a member of the National Speakers Association, Pat presents professional development keynotes and workshops on such topics as change, leadership, and relationship building. Her material is entertaining and informative and helps her to engage those of varying backgrounds and in different life stages, professions, and industries.
Pat is also a certified Psycho-Geometrics trainer and uses this time-honored assessment tool to improve communication and production in the workplace.
